I had a great time, and met so many nice people. From performing at the boutiques on Main Street to the Ceili on Saturday night, I had a blast. I wish I could have seen more of the other bands, though.

Hi. Just a little note to keep in touch.

Live CD Mania!

I'm still working on the CD from my last Harling's show. After the Gaelic festival in Colorado, this weekend, I will have more time to complete it.

Canon City, Colorado this weekend 17-19 June - Gaelic Highland Festival

I know that I have friends and fans in Colorado who will be - ironically - in Missouri, this weekend, and I know that you know who you are. Oi! Well, I'll be in Colorado again. I know that performing on Father's Day weekend is a mess for me, too. The Gaelic Highland Festival will be too much fun, though.

Kansas City Show Late July

I plan to do a show in Kansas City on 30 July, so watch for details. Harling's backroom is the likely venue, but, due to demand, I might try a more family-friendly venue. Maybe I can do a show in the afternoon, as well. This, by the way, will be the "Twenty Again" show, following tight on the heels of my birthday. Please, if you come, do not wear black, unless you're goth, in which case, try at the very least to include plenty of red, or pink. And Connor, if it's a kids' show, trousers or other appropriate wear will not be optional.

Cheers!

Thanks to Harling's and Kansas City

Harling's was a blast on 12 May. At my last regular show in Kansas City, I saw so many people that I've met in the past ten years. It really made me look forward to my first show back. It looks like 30 July I'll be back to perform, perhaps at Harling's, maybe at some other, all-ages venue. We'll see.

Thank you to everyone who came to the show, and to everyone who has helped make all my shows in the Kansas City area so wonderful. I've been fortunate to have met so many beautiful people, people who have supported me, yelled, banged a glass, bought my CDs, sponsored shows, peeled a crappy poster off a wall to put in their homes.

Thank you to all of you who have come to Harling's, O'Malley's, O'Dowd's, Molloy Brothers, McBride's, the Country Club Plaza, all three KC Irish festivals. Thanks to you who have dragged all your new co-workers to Harling's, week-after-week. Thanks to all of you who have called your friends at home or work and let them listen through your cellphones. Thanks to those of you who cared to ask your friends to call you. Thank you to all the fine officers, their spouses, and their families, who have been stationed or trained at Fort Leavenworth, for trekking to my shows, and even inviting me to perform at the Fort. You're a beautiful lot.

Thank you to the Harling's staff for all of your support. Thank you to O'Malley's, the Kansas City Irish Festival and its previous, split incarnations, Kyle's Taproom, O'Dowd's, Lew's Grill and Bar, Molloy Brothers, W. J. McBride's, Westport Coffeehouse, Mildred's Coffeehouse, Border's, Barnes & Noble, Crown Center.

Special thanks to Eddie Delahunt, to Bob Reeder, and The Elders for all your support, to Shenanigan's, to Mary and Mark of Tullamore fame,

Importantly, I'm not gone. I may not pop into the studio or your neighborhood pub quite so quickly, but I'll be coming home often, anyway.

All my best!

Cheers!

Jonathan
