The Westport Flea Market in Kansas City, MO rocked, of course! Thanks to all the fine people who came out and shared the evening with me. I saw several familiar faces. My former Clark Avenue neighbor, Jazzbo, was even there. Thanks, too, to the nice woman who did the hambone. That’s a treat none of us will forget.

For those who don’t know, Westport Flea Market is famous in Kansas City for its juicy burgers and pork tenderloins. I don’t consume red meat in the American tradition, so, before the show, I enjoyed the very yum (thanks, Marlee and Cohen) Chicken Panini with caramelized peppers and onions, and three cheeses. Mmmmm.
